Dear Sir or Madam,

Last month, I visited your El Paso Grand Hotel for my annual sales meetting, and stayed for 15 days in the Caesar Suite. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to you and your entire staff for making this stay, a memorable one, because of your attitude towards me and my crew.

I have been various paleontology conferences, all over the globe, but I have never experienced such hospitality in a big city hotel. From the very first day, the complimentary milkshakes on our arrival , and the warm welcome from the staff with balloons and roses was extraordinary.

As a token of appreciation, for you and the esteemed El Paso organization, I have taken the liberty to share my amazing adventure in your hotel, in the Yelp.org website for anyone looking for a delightful stay.

Once again, I thank you and your employees for your kindness and compassion during our stay, and look forward to visiting again.
