Dear Sir,

I am writting you this letter to express my gratefulness for the wonderful welcome I received during my stay in your estblashiment.

First of all, I really wanted to thank the managers and the staff for being incredibly disposed to help everyone and for making me very comfortable in your hotel. Furthermore, the roomservice was excellent with a large variety of meals and snacks.

Moreover, I am impressed and really satisfed with the numerous facilities you have in your institution, for example the outdoor cinema, the gym, the arcade game room, the 3 levels restaurants and plenty others. I would like to add that my favourite place is undeniable the rooftop swimming pool.

Finally, I wrote a very nice feedback on Trip Advisor in order to thank you. I will surelly come back in your hotel for my next trip over here and I will obviously make sure to encourage all my friends and family to do so
