Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to thank you for making my and my family’s stay memorable and wonderful at your hotel. Our booking was under Harnish’s name and the reference number was HAR1234. I would like to highlight the few things that your staff did to make us feel special, which made our experience enjoyable at your facility.

First and foremost, the tradition of welcoming all your guests with rose petals, and presenting local scarves to them is quite a unique idea. This depicts the culture of the region. This reminded my grandmother of her cultural values. Then, my kids didn’t want to have separate rooms so, you helped us to have the same room by providing another mattress and blankets without any extra charge, unlike other 5-star hotels. Finally, the last thing that impressed us, and has indeed left a remarkable note in our minds is that you dropped our whole family to the airport after we missed the public shuttle.

These factors made our whole trip enjoyable, therefore, I have rated your hotel as a 5-star and shared my pleasant experience on mytrip.com. I would like to thank you again for all you do for your guests.
