Dear sir and madam,

I am writting to let’s you know that I was a food poisoning after I visited the restaurant on December 3rd , by that time I ordered chicken tomyum.

On december 3rd I had start first meal in your restaurant after that I have stomach aches a lot, despite of I have to go to see the doctor. Because of my symtoms that took me stay in hospital and doctors said that because of chicken still bit raw and chicken have to eat in welldone level so that why I had a food poisoning.

Addition to my symtoms I would like you to respond to my payment from hospital and chicken tomyum.

It would be nice if you send the check to my bank account name jenifer. Further I would like you to recheck process of making food before send them to customer.
