I am writing to this letter because I encountered some issues during my stay when I went to California for my journey.
My tourist agency ensured me this hotel. This place was overtourism and there were many people, so catering service and hotel service is not good.
I couldn’t enjoying and working in this vocation time. Because of hotel service very slow , this situation impact my travel. Several times I was to be late my designated meeting places. Moreover, in catering service I was not eating enough, after eating I felt still hungry.
In the future to eliminate such problems, you need to set a limit for accept tourists in the hotel. On the other hand, you must improve hotel service: increase the number of emloyees and their salary.
