I am writing to complain about the problem with air conditioner of the var which i rented on 20th may from GM cars rental servise.

My work as a sales agent involves driving a car for about 2-3 hours per day. Driving a car without functioning air conditioner in this very hot weather is both uncomfortable and dangerous for health. After driving for a few days I started having serious headaches and my overall productivity substantially.

The car that i rented is GM Nexia 3 model with number plate 60 M 234 NA . When I was handed the car I was assured by the dealer that the car was in perfect condition and everything was working fine. To my surprise, after driving for just one day the air conditioner stopped working.

Despite the fact that i have already contacted the comopany about the problem a week ago but nothing has been done yet . I request an immediate replacement of the car and expect a reply from you as soon as possible. I also believe i deserve an apology compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
