Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that after having seen your advertismemt in Dawn Newspaper on Monday, Nov 22, about charity event. I would like to help you as a volunteer at that event.

Firstly, I am very passionate about helping other’s, as it provides me the satisfaction. Moreover, I have an experience of working at a charity event. I worked last year as a receptionist. I used to tell directions and helps in filling out the forms and for other enquiries. Also, I am gratuated as a Personal Support Worker and worked at old age home for 3 years.

I can provide full assistance regarding any of these roles and make sure everything will be done on time. As a personal support worker I can help in case of emergency as well. I am confident and trust worthy human.

Lastly, I would be happy if you provide me the opportunity to work as a volunteer at your event. Thankyou for your consideration for my application.
