The city with the lowest pay on average is Birmingham, with the normal person taking home 25,531. It is worth noting that this is a significant difference of 8000 pounds less than their London counterparts.
In spite of the fact that the Scottish cities did have lower average incomes in comparison to English cties, employees in both Glasgow and Edinburgh earn above 26,000 pounds per year, which is higher than the overall minimum of 25,531 registered in Birmingham.
