Sir, I have many comblines with about your bus service.Firstly, most of the time your buses are not to be on time it is very sicnifican problems for many people for this reason both me and other people can not go work be on time so we can get full pay some time .Moreover your some of working stafs are not be kind and friendly some time they be rude with travalers .honestly your tickerts are very expencive and also your bus seats are not comfertable , most of the time I feel headache dueto uncomfertable seats .

In the other hand,If you should make some improvements ,you will get some positive reacts.They are change your bus seats ,make aome seminars to your working staffs,make a tickerts as affordable ,add some things like TV,Sound system,Free wifi and etc and giving advice to your staff these things are realy helpful for develope your bus service
