Overall, both charts depict that 35-54 age groups are more likely to visit the USA to Canada. Although, 16-24 years old people were considered to be the least in 2000, Canada became the least preferred among 0-15 and 25-34 years old individuals.
In 2000, adults between 35 and 54 years old covered exactly half of the visitors from the USA to Canada. However, this figure fell significantly by 15% in 2020, reaching 35%. Similarly, the percentage of tourists aged 25-34 also decreased from 20% to 12%.
On the other hand, some groups increased during the period. The percentage of visitors who was 55 years and over rose from 16% to 26%. Similarly, the figure for the 16-24 age group increased from 4% to 15% in 2020. Finally, the percentage of children aged 0-15 showed a small rise from 10% to 12%.
