The three pie charts provide an information about the possible ways of transport in the UK in 1965, 1985 and 2005.
To start with, in 1965 all types of vehicles had really close percentages to each other. The biggest part of the chart in 1965 toon private cars with an indicator of 40%. As expected, public transport were less vital but still took 25% of among all, when lorries and recreational vehicles were the most unpopular, 20% and 15% respectively.
It was predictable, but private cars were still popular in 1985 with an indicator of 55%. The lost interesting thing was the fact that lorries and public transport have moved to the same level of 20%. Unfortunately, but recreational vehicles were the most useless for 1985 with value of 5% only.
New year – new changes! The popularity of the private cars hit a peak in past 40 years with index of 60% and the importance of lorries got a dramatic fall from 20% to 10%, while relevance of the recreational transport got a gradual incline to 8%.
