Overall, during this time, the number of borrowed books increased in the West Eaton and Church Mount libraries, while Ryeslip saw a drop in the number of books borrowed. Fiction was the most popular type of book.
For West Eaton and Church Mount, the number of books borrowed went up from 50 to 150 during the period. However, in Ryeslip, the number of borrowed books went down from 300 to about 170 books per month. Sutton Wood had an unstable pattern, with 250 books borrowed in June, increasing slightly to just over 260 in July, dropping to 100 in August, but then jumping to 300 in September.
For the types of books, 43% were fiction, making it the most popular. Biography was the second most popular, making up 17%. The least borrowed type was self-help, which accounted for only 10%. Science and history each made up 14%.
