Dear Luis,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my opinion about the event which is held next week.

As you know my nationality, I am from a city that is known for its different dishes and flavors, so I am enthusiastically volunteer to cook one of the most delicious ones for the event. It is called Qheimeh Nesar which the main ingredients are rice and meat. It contains also several two kinds of nuts. As it is not spicy, I am sure most people will enjoy it. Moreover, since the event includes famous food around the world, I think this would be a good choice to represent the tastes which are popular in my city. Furthermore, I worked as a professional chef in a restaurant, before I immigrate here.

This would be a great chance for me to do something to present my city. I appreciate your consideration, and looking forward to hearing from you.
