It is with pleasure that i write these letter expressing my interest in cooking at the up coming event.
I am Ememobong a chief from Nigeria,i would love to cook the local delicacy of my tribe calabar the food is coconut rice .
There are varicties way to cook rice but i choose coconut rice as my special recipe.
The rice is prepared by grating the milk out from the coconut .ingredient require includes,pepper,salt,onion,maggi,meat,crayfish and water.coconut preparetion is cost effective and those not require much time to cook .the dish hsa a creamy appeariance with a distanct spices aroma,it taste yummy,every spoon taste gives a craving mouth watery feel.
Desiring for more ,the meal is simple to prepare and could be easily though to other member who may be interested to learn how coconut rice is prepared.
I am aware of the dignifries that will attent the event and as such coconut rice being added to the menu will be of joy and a way to promote my local dish,which will be grately love by the particpant.
