Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about accomodation availibilty at a seaside hotel. I am planning to visit tobermory with my husband and parents on next weekend. And, I have heard some good reviews about your hotel. Therefore, I am very keen to plan my stay at you hotel.

To begin with, We will arrive on Friday 20th, roughly around 8.00 PM. We will be staying at your hotel for 2 days and 2 nights; We will check out on Sunday 22nd at 3.00PM. We will need two rooms, particularly king size rooms. Could you please let me know the cost of two king rooms for my entire stay and how can i reserve and pay for the rooms?
