Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to reserve a room regrading my trip plan ,and I desire to collect some information about costs and recreational activities.

We will arrive on September 25. We have planned to spend 7 days at your hotel.

We reviewed your hotel rooms on booking.com and decided to book your royal room that provides an outstanding view of the beach and sea. However, we could not find any data about prices. I would oppreciate it if you could informe us of the cost of the room for 7 days accomidation.

Furthermore, I would like to inquire about the types of activities and attractive spots located close to the hotel. If you could provide a brochure about the short trips to islands, I would really appreciate your kindness.
