Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know about my upcoming stay in Hotel Lake Palace for my visit to Udaipur.

We are a family of seven with four elderly people and three adults, arriving on coming Sunday around 3 PM. Please let me know if you can arrange the pick-up from airport on the same date.

We would need 3 double occupancy rooms and 1 single room. I would prefer to have rooms with the lake view. As we have elderly people, I would like to request for at least one connected room so as to reach out immediately in case of help. Please do let me know about the tariffs of the above mentioned rooms. Also, it would be great if you can guide us on the nearby tourist attractions and also let us know about any leisure activities arranged in hotel
