Band 7+: You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Write a letter to the airline. In your letter explain what has happened describe the bag and its contents say what you would like them to do about this problem You should write at least 150 words. Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report a missing luggage bag from my recent flight with your airline on December 5th, 2025, from Toronto to Alberta. Unfortunately, I forgot to retrieve my one luggage from the overhead compartment. I was in a hurry, deboarding my flight to reach my taxi, and did not notice until I arrived at my hotel.

As for the bag, it is a black leather bag with three red zippers on the side. The bag contains my school paperwork, a pair of headphones, and a grey charging port. As I am a student, these items are really important to me.

I would like you to check your lost and found inventory to locate my bag. If found, I kindly request you to arrange a return process with the provided information ahead. I am willing to cover any cost associated with the return.
