The diagram shows the process of producing instant noodles, with the first step is transporting ingredients from silos and finally labelling and sealing.
Overall, there are eight steps to manufacture instant noodles in the mill. Beginning with transporting ingredients from the storage silos and transporting them to the machine to create a cup of noodles.
Firstly, the ingredients, which are needed for a process, are transported to the mixer. Then, the water and oil are mixed together. After this process, the mixture is rolled and formed into dough sheets before it is transported to the next step. At the fourth step, the machine cuts the mixture to form strips.
Continuing to the fifth step, the dough is formed into discs. After that, these noodle discs are cooked in oil. Before being transported to wrap into cups, the discs are dried. In the seventh step of the process, the vegetables and spices are added into cups. Following this step, the cups of instant noodles are labelled and sealed.
