Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to inquire about your Taj Hotel for my holidays on weekend.

First and foremost, I am planning to stay at your hotel with my family between 4th July to 7th July, as we are celebrating my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary.

Moreover, I would like to inform you that we required two luxery suits, which have the balconies and the private kitchens. Not only this, but the beautiful view of sea is also our preference for relaxtion and peace.

Lastly, I would be grateful if you could provide me with an estimate cost for these 3 days stay. As well as, it would be great if you could also mention some activities and famous places where we can visit and enjoy.
