Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recently signed up for English language course at your institution which is likely to be started from the next week. Unfortunately, due to unavoidable circumstances, I need to withdraw my registration for the course.

To begin with, my father has been suffering from heart disease since three months and he got sick extremely yesterday which required an immediate surgery as suggested by the doctor. Therefore, I need to look after my father during this crucial moment which results in slashing my allocated time for doing this course. I believe that I will not be able to attend the classses regaularly as I may become occupied in taking care of my father and completing the relevant formalities related to his treatment. Consequently, I have an only option to withdraw myself from the course.

Moreover, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by my sudden withdrawal from the course. As it is an unexpected event for me, the circumstances compelled me to adopt this decision at this moment. I had a great enthusiasm in doing this course as your institution is popular for offering world class English language course. I am requesting you to understand my current situation and guide me to complete the relevant formalities to cancel my registration.

Furthermore, this is my humble request to you to refund my fees which I paid for the course. I would be grateful to you if you kindly assist me regarding the procedures of obtaining the refund as soon as possible. Your guidance and prompt response in this regard would be appreciated highly.RegardsFarhan
