Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that, I am taken admission for an French language course in a last week. As per admission department course will be start next monday. Unfortunatly I meat an accident on yesterday. Had some injuries in my body and currently am taking medicine. My doctor said that need to take atleast two weeks rest. So I decided recall the admission because in this situation some rest needed my body

I am realy apologize to you my inconvenience due to aforementioned reason. I really would like to learn French language. I got an University admission in Paris. Before that i need to complete this course. During the admision day which I visited the college, I agreed to join next week, that time seat almost booked and your booking has been closed. Am really apologize you for might be dificult to find out another student instead of me.

I would like to ask the refund amount or could you postpond my admission for a while. I will rejoin after two weeks. Kindly check the with your manager. I hope full for the positive feedback from your side and looking forword for prompt response.
