Dear Gym Manager,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I registered as a member at Anyday Fitness last week. Due to unexpected personal reasons, I want to cancel my gym subscription.

I recently got a job offer in a different suburban area, taking me 45 minutes to drive from my current place to here. Unfortunately, it requires me to move out of this lovely neighborhood for convenience. Hence, it would be difficult for me to come to the gym every morning owing to the distance. I really consider my health, and I want to keep going with joining another gym club nearby. Because of that, I want to process a cancellation starting from two weeks later on 28 March 2026. My membership number is 00153 under the name of Brenda Ayunda.
