Dear Course Administrator,

I hope you are well. I am writing to inform you that unfortunately I have to withdraw from the language course that is scheduled to start soon.

Due to some unforeseen personal circumstances, I am no longer able to attend the course. Recently, I have faced a family issue that requires my full attention, and because of this situation, I will not be able to participate in the classes.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that my withdrawal may cause to you and the college administration. I understand that this may affect planning and organization.
