Dear Sir,

I’m Harry Potter and I’m writing this letter to inform you that I have attended a company meeting and stayed in your hotel for five days, from 4th September till 9th September. Although the meeting was organized well there are some issues which I want to inform and as I was dissatisfied with some of the services provided by the hotel.

Sir, the first thing which I was dissatisfied was that there was no porter to pick up our luggage and take to our rooms and we as guests had to carry our luggage. The second issue was that housekeeping was not done regularly and there were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room and I could not sleep properly. The toiletries were also not changed on daily basis and we had to use the same towels, and bed sheet for five days.

I would suggest that you seriously look into these issues and have a porter to carry luggage of the guests. Also infrom the house keeping Supervisor to check the rooms on daily basis and ensure that housekeeping is done daily and the towels and toileteires are changed. A pest control company should come and spray chemicals to ensure no bed bugs and insects are in the rooms.

I hope you address these issues seriously and have them resolved quickly as if more guests encounter the same issue, then the hotel will start losing customers due these ongoing issues.
