Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the poor video quality that I have while using your service.
Since last Monday, in the evenings, I have been experiencing a decline of the video resolution from HD to 480p, which significantly impacts my ability to enjoy the TV shows that I try to watch through your streaming service. Moreover, at least once per day, the video just stops, and I have to refresh the page in order to continue watching it.
I have already checked my internet connection, and I did not find any issues with it. In addition, videos from the other sources like the YouTube or downloaded files works fine; therefore, undoubtedly, the problem is on your service’s side. I expect that the company will conduct an investigation to find the reason for the video quality drop that I have experienced as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be forced to cancel my subscription to your service.
