My name is Angelica Palacios, I recently subscribed to your streaming service for movies and TV shows, however I have been experiencing constant buffering and interruptions during playback.
This problems are more common during the night when I want to watch a movie and this stop every 20 seconds, besides it is impossible download a movie because the platform say that I do not have enough storage.
I have not been able to watch a movie since I hired the service. This situation is very stressful for me and my husband.
I need a prompt solution to this matter, I would like that you improve the speed of the service and increase the storage. However, if it is not possible I will have to request a refund of my money.
Let me know if it is possible to fix this issue as soon as possible.
