Dear Sir,The purpose of writing this letter is to complaint about the various technical issues and poor customer services that I recently faced from you end. It is very dissapointing that despite of paying in advance I am still not facilitate with proper access to internet and TV channels.
First of all, numerous channels are displaying an error of no subscription that supposed to be include in the package. Apart frm this, only one device is connected to the internet whereas, rest of the phones are showing IP address issue.
To tackle these problems, I have tried contacting with your customer service agent and followed the same steps mentioned by them but with no successful output. Moreover, system reset has been performed a number of time which did not even resolved these issues. Considering this situation, I am requesting you to send your technician at my location to compensate me with the subcribed services. Otherwise, refund me as soon as possible. Waiting for your prompt response.
