Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing this letter to you in regards to a meeting that was recently organized at your Plaza Hotel few days ago. The venue was excellent and that it matched with the status of your hotel. It was immensly outstanding. But I have a few complains regarding the service we received.
Firstly, we had given prior instructions to you regarding the arrangements of the assets required for the meeting which were not properly executed. We had sked for a projector and a big white screen to be arranged before the meeting for a company power point presentation of fiscal budget for coming financial year. We had to postpone the meeting by half hour due to this negligence.
Furthermore, the cuisines were ordered differently for Management and Board members which had been mixed up by the hotel staff as they had not received clear instructions for the same.
As an organiser for a, we expect you to execute your duties without any blunder and with excellance. Any prior instuctions given should be considered a priority at all times.
