Dear Ms Black,

I am writing to express my interest in your new Programming course that you have launched this year. I have seen your name on the college website as the contact for admission queries. I have several questions for you, and I hope you can address them all.

Firstly, regarding the cost of the course, could you confirm if the fee of $99 per month or for the whole course. Additionally, when it comes to payment, do you offer an installments option, or the fess should be paid in full in advance. Your website says that there are other payment options, but without further clarification on those options.

Secondly, could you confirm the exact date of the course. Your website says the course runs from summer to autumn but without specifying the exact dates. I would be grateful for the exact dates, including when payments are due for the courses itself and for the course’s materials.
