Dear Teacher,

First of all, I would really like to appreciate you for organizing such a wonderful tour for the children.

I have received the letter from you explaining the details of the trip, and I also got to know that you are looking for parent volunteers to join. I would like to put myself forward as a candidate to join the group. Sri Lanka is a very nice destination, and there are a lot of cultural and historical things for the younger generation to learn. I would be a great addition to the team, not only because I have explored Sri Lanka four times, but also because I can read, write, and speak both Tamil and Sinhalese languages. Apart from all these, I love being with young people.

I have gone through the itinerary, and I have a couple of doubts regarding the accommodation facilities organized in Colombo and Jaffna. Do they provide free transportation services from the airport? Do they have any special play area for children?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
