Dear Mrs Marie,

My name is Julie Texas and I am the mother of Georgie Texas, who is studying in grade 9th in your esteemed institution . I am writing this letter to let you know that I’m thrilled to accompany my Child for his three-day excursion to Italy.

It filled me with immense happiness on hearing about visiting a new Country. Not only, I will be exploring new locations and destinations that I had never been to, but also , its going to equip me with everlasting experience .Also , the place is popular for its tempting food varieties and combinations.Moreover , the rustic architecture, Museum and Monuments that are inspired from nature, historical and cultural heritage adds to its beauty and that are worth watching.

since, Georgie is not having good managing Skills as he had never been to such tips, so I guess, if I’ll accompany him, it will be an assistance for his morning and bed time routine. Furthermore, its imperative to have an check on his regular medications and allergic problem that adults can neglect sometimes.Moreover, I can pen down all prominent instructions that will be beneficial for his course later on.

But ,what makes me more curious is, about the plan-out of the trip. I hope if you can provide some details regarding the places to be visited in this time span ,the accomodation and the food facility, preferred clothes for this Educational visit and the overall charges to be paid for this excursion.
