I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction, with your internet connection to lately. I see for the past few days I face internet speed is very slow. Since, I felt this problem is the permanent, but the problem increases day by day.
Although, I study in the abroad university through online, I didn’t continue my class properly. I tried to be troubleshot but I didn’t work. As a result, I would concern causing this effect on my total GPA.
Furthermore, I request you, if you could arrange a engineer with most possible hours in my home. otherwise, I going to take new broadband connection.
Also, whenever I face trable I buy data in my own expenses so I would request you this that reduce my internet bill this month.
