Dear City Council

I hope you’re well. I’m a citizen this country. My full name is Elif Yazici. I live in street of Sanatkarlar for 3 years. I’m writing to you today because I’ve noticed a problem with national park at the end of the street.

The problem is some homeless persons disturb the others peoples and the animals in park. They stopped the people, throw the animals food or water and drink alcohol in the local park especially when the children are in there too.

This situation affects the all ones negatively. Cause the homeless scared other persons that’s why the children’s and parents have a fear of them. I have to determined the animals have fear of them too. And the other hand children will get a wrong role model. And also me, I don’t want to walk around the park i feel stressed.

we need a quick solution. what would you do? I have foggiest idea but maybe you can put them in a job. If they work they can hire a apartment themselves. We need a further help.
