Dear Mr. Singh,

I am writing to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience which you had to face due to the noise from my flats.

I would like to inform you that there was a small celebration party at my flat which was the major reason for the noise disturbance. We were 8 students from our school who received top rank in Science competition. We planned a D.J party in my house garden. During celebration, we did shout outs for each other which might also disturbed you along with loud music.

I am feeling so bad that I created issues for you. I should take permission from you before organizing a function. I am sorry about the imconvenience which you confronted.

In future, I will make sure to inform you about this kind of events in advance. Moreover, I will pay more attention to sound level. I will try my best to not bother you in future. Once again, my sincere aplogy for this mistake.
