Hope this letter finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issue about lack of considerable parking space in our relocated office building. As you know due to increase in work force number of vehicle has increased. This problem lead to the employees delay in arrival and added stress as many of us struggle to find out a parking space. Furthermore, some employees reported getting parking ticket last week and satisfaction level of worker degraded with time.

A dedicated parking area could bring many benefits for the company. With considerable parking space employees will enter timely and reduce their stress level, which will increase productivity. It provide positive working environment and commitment.

I suggest exploring a nearby parking lot or ask a business to provide a parking area for our office with monthly rent. I think this option could be a good solution to the ongoing parking issue for our employees.
