The main causes of why the air pollution is happening is transport. A lot of vehicles produce harmful gases to the atmosphere. Greenhouse gases like methane and carbon monoxide are stuck in the atmosphere which makes air quality worse day by day. Another reason is massive factories. Smoke which consists chemicals and particles is often emitted by large factories. This is happening because of weak control of the factories by government. As a result, air pollution can lead to the illnesses such as asthma, lunge diseases and breathing difficulties. It is especially dangerous for elderly people and new born babies.
There are two main ways to alleviate air pollution. First, and the major thing to do is to control industrial emissions. Factories should take a responsibility to observe the emissions that they are producing and make it less in amount. Also government must enforce pollution laws. Second method to combat this challenge is to switch to renewable energy as the energy is generated from the sun, water and wind. This means that this energy is eco-friendly and not harmful at all. Since all people start to use renewable energy and switch to cleaner transportation like electric vehicles, the situation will start to become better, otherwise, air dirtiness will continue to aggravate.
In conclusion, air pollution is becoming global problem due to vehicle emissions and factory smoke. I think this can be solved by both, government and society, where the government enforce pollution laws and the society should comply to them.
