In the last century, obesity situations were observed rarely, however we often confront with people are obese in these days. In addition, this type of ilness is not common only matures, but also among kids. This essay will look at reasons for this and propose some solutions.

One of the main causes of the problem is that humans are addicted to junk foods such as hamburgers, fried chickens and frees and etc. Undoubtfully, these kind of food are sold in the streeet markets and they are prepared in a short time. This is very convinient for or busy people, because they are able to save their time by this. Despite this they are affacting their health subconciously in a negative way. The solution is for the goverenments to raise the amount of tax on unhealthy meals. This maybe lead to people’s consideration about junk food’s price before purchasing. Furthemore, humans themselves should fill their food menu with fruits, vegatables, and healthy food rather than unhealthy meal.

Another probles is that the prices of gyms are not affordable, in other words people mayb want to attend gyms to work out and loose their excess baggage, but their fee is a problem. Dealing with this issue invloves that goverments should open free public gyms to attract people to work out. Of course, you might complain that we have enough gyms, however major part of this kind of sport instructions are expensive. So, simple people can not afford to them. For example, the avarege price of sport gyms in Tashkent is about five thousand sum and this is not suitable for me. If the free public gyms. If the public gyms were organized, I would go there evryday.

To sum up, obesity is a crucial issue as we know. Governments, and all human beings have a role to play in addressing the problem. Actions must be taken urgently, otherwise our sociaties will face even greater health problems in the future.
