First, the thrifty gene might be part of a wide spectrum of genes influencing obesity. These genes can favor fat accumulation in a given environment. For example, Genetic and epigenetic variations contribute to fatness by influencing the function of metabolic pathways in the body and regulating neural pathways and appetite cnters. The first solution is promote to everyone knowledge about obesity to adapt lifestyle.

Second, the very lack of physical activity and stress can significantly contribute to overeating. Nowadays, study on work is important, so people devote time to it. In fact, people tend to spend more time in front of electronic equipment than any other activity in their lives. In addition, governments can take steps to promote the benefits of balanced diet and physical activity.

The advertising of unhealthy food products and adequate exercise are contributing to the rise in obesity. However, by restricting such advertisements and promoting physical exercise, governments can curb the trend. In my view, solution problems may not involve just promote, because governments be able to reduce the number of fast food.
