In this day and age, it is believed that most human jobs will be replaced by Artificial intelligence. While I acknowledge that artificial intelligence will be used to help people to do their duties or even fill the role of humans, I believe that humans play a crucial role in a particular typer of work.
To begin with, I think that Artificial Intelligence everyday will proceed and will reach the point that facilitates or fulfills tasks while ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. I think that Artificial Intelligence will be an assistant in many technical tasks that take time and more effort in compilation. In this type of work there will be replacements in behalf of completing tasks according to principles and effectiveness.
However, there are a lot of jobs that include skills of governance, decision making and cannot be done by Artificial Intelligence properly or there will be shortages of a different kind. In these types of jobs I believe that humans play a crucial role because of their emotional intelligence roles, like counseling that are uniquely human. Even though AI will replace people in some type of work, still a significant number of types of work will in no way be able to replace humans with artificial intelligence. For instance jobs needing empathy, creativity, or physical skill will remain harder for AI to replace and won’t be interested in improving expert systems in those fields.
To sum up, even though Artificial Intelligence It’s getting better day by day, there is always going to be a need for human skills in various fields. While AI will replace some technical and repetitive jobs, it cannot fully take over roles that require emotional intelligence, creativity, and complex decision-making. Therefore, rather than completely replacing humans, AI will serve as a tool to enhance productivity and efficiency, with humans remaining essential in many areas of work.
