it is true that a huge number of university graduates struggle to accure work in their field to study.
their are lot of reason to fresh graduates do not find work in their own field. In this case our government and university play the most important rules. Sometimes our government follow the old procedure,they do not understand the generation gap between students and them. Another thing is that lacking of enough facilities such as standard education,experience teachers and expertise ,budget of the education sector is too low,standard unversity , lack of lab facilities , equipments and most dengerous thing is corruption that a country will not grow well.
Their is a gap between research and practical thing, in research we try to understand the unknown thing but practical thing is totally different , most university teach us the basic and advance thing , they do not teach the current and industrial thing .I think we have to take a decesion that we can build a bridge between research field and industrial field. if we we will do this thing , our students could easily creak the own field job. The total budget of the education must be increase, adupt the cuttin edge education system,increase the lab facilities , create a space and give them enough facilities to bring back our experience teachers and expertise and the most important thing that government should take a hard action about corruption .Otherwise our education system and students do not grow and adupt the modern technology then they fall back always.
