Sporting performance differs among people due to their body structure, experience, diet plan and amount of physical workout. In my opinion, I strongly agree that these elements play a significant role in determining an individual’s athletic abilities and overall performance.
Body type is a fundamental factor in terms of sports like wrestling and sumo. In this type of sports, the atheletes must have an proper body type to even participate. In sumo the body type playes a vital role because it will help the athelete to stand on his feet and also gain balance when pushed by his opponents if he is quite larger and bulkier than the rival. For example, In sumo the odds of a person with a humungous body cannot be pushed easily and have a weight advantage as well. Ofcourse the athelete should also have a proper diet inorder for him to get big for this sport. A well trained athelete also manages his eating habits. He should follow a good diet which is both healthy and has enough calories to make his size big.
Apart from body type and eating habits, the amount of training also mandatory. The athelete should balance his diet with his training also. He should workout atleast five times in a week because only with enough training and experience his chance of winning in a competition is more. Athletes who have undergone rigorous training and gained valuable experience tend to have better skills, stamina, and mental toughness compared to those who are less experienced.
Moreover, I personally agree that all these elements play a vital role and a must follow rule for any athelete in his sport domain to succeed because with proper diet, training and their experience will definitely help them further towards their goal.
