Some countries pay fees for their students but some of them pay it themselves. There some advantages for example if Government pay students can study freely without other thinks like finding jobs.
On the one hand it is disadvantage because if students do not pay their own contract the became like lazy not all of them but some of them because if students only read without working go gym it can lead to not only became lazy but also obesity after this they may become sick because get overweight is very bad make people disease like headache and other strong disease, after students become sick this is bad for the government because they must care students or stop temporary the schools or universities this can cause to decreased of medicine while government care students or like decreased of finance.
Nevertheless, there advantages also like if Government give chance students which is read freely they became independent thanks to Government care. In my opinion students can read without other wasting time problems or working some places like companies or like delivery. It takes time so students can not read freely and then this can cause increasing of failure to the exams and this kind of problems so that Government should pay the students their university fees. I can give example one person who is my brother he always pay his contract he work at the delivery he often says that if Government help me for paying my fees this is very well after they pay i can read by heart and become good constructor.
In conclusion, in my view if the Government pay or help some kind of things to the students they became professor or may get higher professions or jobs.
