Lack of professionals in all spheres has been a major problem in all countries. So wise people in seek of good salary or condition migrate to more developed countries. Problems related to economics or education are always rising after this situation, and the authorities of some countries are taking different solutions to deal with this.

Developing countries’ almost all problems arise because of “brain drain.” First of all, lack of professionals may result in not fully uneducated workers in a labor market. So, developing countries may have to borrow human capital from other countries, which is an additional expense in the government budget. Secondly, the more well-educated people leave the country, the more countries rely on overseas workers. This situation can dramatically decrease the level of transparency among citizens of poorer countries.

The suggestions to deal with this alarming problem can be handled by a number of steps. Firstly, the government should give much more independence to science schools. In addition, achieving free entrepreneurship through the country, the level of new fields for workers may also increase. Finally, a lot of employees suffer from unworthy conditions on both the materialistic side and the law side. For instance, high taxes and low salaries always push the employee to change their work.

In conclusion, migration of skilled workers to developed countries is not an alient thing. However, problems caused by this are wide range of. That is why a lot of countries are in the condition of finding proper suggestions.
