There is a view that the companies have to give a four week vacation per year to their employees so the quality of work can be improved.I strongly agree with the given opinion for two key reasons.
There might be several reasons why some people think that giving a rest for their employees is unnecessary. The main reason why they think so could be that if the employees take long term holidays, the production might be slower.As a result the companies wouldn’t be able to meet the deadlines.For instance,if the production of one company slows down it can harm both customers and the owners.Another reason is that, as the customers may choose another the rivalry companies in seek of good quality and service.The consequences of this trend could be fatal and the company would failed to increase their profits. In the long run the companies may even end up being bankrupt.
On the other hand I think employment should give four week holiday in order to improve the quality of the workforce and production.The main reason why I think so is that if the workers take holiday they can relief their stress and exhaustion that they gained during the hard hours of work.Workers can return to work refreshed,less stressed and more focused.As a result granting employees with four-week vacation can singnificantly boost the productivity.For instance companies with holidays are face fewer sick leaves.Instead they experience increase in their efficiency and productivity in sales of products.Another thing is that,if the workers are given four week holiday they can spend it more useful by attending job related cources.As a result of that acquired new skills employments might promote the employees,which makes them more loyal.This increased loyalty can reduse the turnover rates and companies status amoung other competors
In conclusion,although the giving four week vacation are not profitable for companies,the positive effects of holidays are better.
