In today’s world, accessing to films and games became easier compared to the previous times with the help of mobile devices like smartphones, tablets and laptop computers. The drawbacks of this include the risk of becoming addicted to watch films and health issues caused by devices, but they are outweighed by the benefits such as convenience and educational value.
One significant downside of this statement is addiction. Excessive use of mobile devices can lead to overuse, particularly among teenagers, who may spend hours watching movies and playing online games instead of studying or engaging in hobbies. Another drawback is health problems. Prolonged screen time can negatively impact on well being. For instance, it can cause eye strain, poor sleep or the reduction of physical activities.
Notwithstanding these disadvantages, I believe its benefits are greater. One major upside is convenience. Individuals can watch movies or play games anywhere and anytime, which eliminates the need to wait movies to be broadcast on television. Additionally, users can choose from thousands of films and games instantly thanks the wide range of contents available on the internet. An opportunity to learn things from games and films is further advantage. Some games can improve cognitive skills like problem-solving and critical thinking, while movies can teach language and other cultures.
In conclusion, although easy access to films and games has downsides like overuse and health concerns caused by devices, I remain convinced that its benefits such as flexibility and learning opportunities are much more significant than drawbacks.
