Today, most people say that full-time students should focus on balanced lifestyle and spend time on study as well as other activity equally. I am on the same wavelength with this statement. In the following texts, I will describe effect of academic engagement and creative exploration of pupils.
Naturally, personal growth requires scholastic pursuits, most juniors think. However, it does not only depend on study, but also a number of extracurricular activities. While full-time students study more, they forget about meaning of life. It causes to reduce personal development, of course. For example, if they pay attention only study, they may think that life is hard-studying. Consequently, they limit their skills in art, dance, and other activities. After they finish study, they may not feel happier, even they get a higher score in specific subjects.
Interacting with cultural exploration, or social interactions can make students clever in light of the fact that by talking a lot, they can take a new worldview, and ideas. Some students who hold balanced lifestyle in study and activity are prone to less stress. It is proven that if individuals get stressed, they involve themselves to exercises. After few hours, they return good, and serene mood. It can ameliorate life of students in two-way: academic growth and bonding with joy of soul with activities.
To sum up, I honestly think, full-time students need holistic development on the contrary both are as a result of study and activities. They can focus on both if they have a strong desire.
