Government must give payment to all nation in city to live on, whether worker or jobless. I entirely agree with this view as this payment should give for elders and disabled people. Moreover, if payment will be given for these types of people, it must be given for all nationality.
Firstly, in many countries’ government give a basic income to their population, whether they work or no. In other words, government give payment for unemployed person for their need, this is useful for both sides. Consequently, they may not be able to work may bought foods, clothes and another product in their need. For instance, in Uzbekistan, statistic shows that 15 per cent of nationality is unemployed. Although, percentage of unemployed are increase, government give a payment for all of people who do not have work.
The main reason to give a basic income for all citizens is if payment will give only for unemployed other population may misunderstood arises. In the other words, if people who do not get a payment will be displeased they maybe resigned their work and provide other scandal in the city. For example, in recent years in Russia government give payment only for elders, unemployed and disabled persons. As a result, it caused a protest in other part of population. Part of population who do not get a basic income displeased their work. Therefore, government should give a basic payment all of their nationality.
In conclusion, I am firmly convinced that give a basic income for all popularity is more useful than giving only for unemployed. Finally, I agree with this view.
