Currently, negative effects both on plants and animal species caused by human activities is one of the most topical issues in the modern society. Many commentators are the view of it’s too late to do anything about this issue, whereas other believes that there are still some ways to improve this situation. From my point of view, I completely agree with the opposite view.
Generally speaking, there is a wide range of reasons why people think that it’s too late to do something in this situation. Perhaps the main reason is, already numerous wild species have become extinct and lots of others about to extinct due to the imbalanced ecosystem. For an example, white tiger which is very rare nowadays and about to extinct according to the researchers. Moreover, we already have damaged a lot to ozone layer. Due to this, very often we witness acid rain in many areas and harmful rays also come from the sun directly, which was previously protected by ozone layer.
On the other hand, although we damaged a lot to our environment and that badly effecting not only plants but also animal species, we still can improve this situation by taking some necessary steps. Firstly, we need to plant as much as tree we can, so that we can prevent the deforestation and balanced the ecosystem. Secondly, we need to reduce vehicles like private cars and encouraged people to use public transportations. A survey directed by The Daily Star, in 2021, for instance published that, more than 67% carbon dioxide emits from cars, which is on of the prime reason of greenhouse effect and that damaging ozone layer. Furthermore, governments can play a crucial role by taking some steps against all the industries and factories who use materials which are responsible for air pollution, soil pollution and water pollution.
In conclusion, it is impossible to overturn the damage we already did to plants and animal species, however still we can improve the situation and prevent it to become worse by taking some important steps.
