Undoubtedly, Unemployment is a dangerous social challenge which its profound impacts extends not only the individual destinies but also to the trajectory of the society. Number of people promoted that the juveniles at the primary level have to learn a skillful career instead of pursuing their academic education to mitigate the ratio of high joblessness in certain nations. In my opinion, I completely agree with notion for both financial and social reasons.
To commence with, obtaining high wages from the vocations could advantageously promote the school boys to leave their school and learn vocation instead. To be more precise, if the students lean skillful career such as carpenter and blacksmith, it is likely that he will obtain much more money at young age and will be producer but not customer. For example, a recent survey stated that more than 2000 students from different majors graduate from the university every year in UK. As a result of this, this will lead to a dramatic increase of employment due the fact that the authorities can not employ those massive number of graduate learners.
Moreover, academic educations are costly for both parents and the government. I mean that skillful vocations are the best remedy to reduce the employment because the growing growth of joblessness among the communities will adversely affect on the social norms. To illustrate, study conducted by Jordan university claimed that the significant surge of crimes among Jordan is closely associated with the increase employment. Thus, this will cause social and health problems including depression and social isolation.
In conclusion, although the officials have a predominant responsibility to save jobs or the individuals, the residents have to encourage their children to learn skillful job to reduce the employment and to join the workforce.
